ABOUT OTACA

We don’t just make tequila—we craft an experience.
An unapologetically smooth, seductive, and sippable spirit that invites you to slow down, savor, and step into something timeless.

Born in the heart of Jalisco and shaped by modern luxury, OTACA bridges two worlds: the rich, slow-sipping rituals of whiskey connoisseurs, and the elegance sought by women who value a clean, refined spirit with fewer calories and no additives. This is tequila without compromise—ultra-smooth, mineral-forward, and unapologetically sophisticated.

While most tequilas chase flavor through shortcuts, OTACA chases excellence.

It begins with hand-harvested, fully matured lowland agave (7+ years).
Slow-roasted for 24 hours in traditional brick and stone ovens, then rested another 24 to unlock layered sweetness and depth.

The cooked agave is crushed using the ancient Tahona method—an homage to centuries-old craftsmanship that gently coaxes every drop of flavor.

Finally, the nectar is distilled and filtered not once, not twice, but three times—stripping harshness and elevating smoothness to an art form.

What emerges is a tequila unlike any other: velvety, lightly smoky, and perfectly balanced. A spirit worthy of the finest glass. Sipped neat, over a single rock, or with a whisper of citrus—it’s not just a pour. It’s a ritual. A slow dance of fire, stone, and time.

OTACA was founded by Anthony Accetta, a passionate entrepreneur and spirit connoisseur, alongside Jack Ambriz, a visionary creative rooted in Mexican heritage. Jack’s bold black-and-white aesthetic, square bottle design, and pyramid-inspired stopper are more than packaging—they're a statement. A tribute to Chichen Itza. A blend of power and precision. A bottle that belongs as much in a private club as it does in a luxury home bar.

OTACA isn’t for everyone.
It’s for those who crave more.
More intention. More refinement. More pleasure in every sip.

This is not a party shot—it’s a lifestyle.
Once Tried, Always Craved.

Your bar deserves better. Your glass does too.
